FORM OF ASSESSMENT
Final: Preparing a paper in English on a topic connected with the studies. The paper should meet the requirements for publication in one of the English-language international tax journals. Participants are expected to take exams (after selected courses) and receive credits (all courses).
THE TUITION FEES
PLN 15000 (around EUR 3200).
The account number for payment is generated automatically for each student after signing up for studies.

CANDIDATE
The programme is aimed at young tax professionals (both in house and from the consultancy field) from all over the world.
PROGRAM OF STUDY
The program, elaborated in coordination with two leading law firms: BonelliErede, an Italian based full practice law firm and Wardyński & Partners, one of the largest independent law firms in Poland, is based on a twofold approach: (i) legal analysis of the relevant tax rules; (ii) problem solving analysis of selected case studies.
We will cover in detail the following fields:
- Double taxation conventions
- European Union law on taxation
- Transfer pricing
- Selected national tax systems
We have invited highly-regarded academics from EU and non-EU countries to teach within the programme.
To make knowledge of our students as practical as possible, we have also asked top professionals who have gained their experience in:
- The European Commission
- The US tax administration
- Renowned law firms and tax advisory companies as well as in-house experts working with multinational companies from: France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Russia, Spain, the UK and the US.
