Marta Baranowska – Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Her research interests include the history of political and legal thought and political philosophy. She is the author of two monographs: Jednostka, państwo i prawo w filozofii Fryderyka Nietzschego. Mała vs wielka polityka, Toruń 2009 [The individual, state, and law in Friedrich Nietzsche’s philosophy. Small vs great politics], and Cel uświęca środki, czyli Niccolò Machiavellego rozważania o władzy, Toruń 2018 [The end justifies the means, or Niccolò Machiavelli’s discourses on power].
