Dissertation dealt with the problem of unfair terms in insurance contracts. Basic research field is insurance law (especially: consumer protection in insurance, group insurance and liability insurance, reinsurance, selected aspects of maritime insurance, insurance law relations with tax law, insurance and procedural means of medical damages compensation,catastrophic risks insurance, insuarnce mediation) as well as civil law (especially law of obligations).
Assistant in the Department of Insurance Law and legal counsel at OIRP in Toruń.

Representative of Department of Insurance Law at several national and international conferences devoted to insurance issues. In 2012, awarded by Polish Chamber of Insurance (PIU) for achievements and contribution to the development of Polish insurance market
