Interest:
The field of my scientific interest had been determined by two crucial factors:the significance of analytical method and logic in scrutinizing law and the need of practical insight into the achievements of theory of law.Thus the currents of my scientific work are:the issue of judical review, formal reasoning in jurisprudence and philosophical implications for the test of the principle of proportionality and protection of human rights (theorised in the concept of legal principles).
