BETKOSOL Seminar

Responsibility of entities for the spending of EU funds - administrative, financial and criminal aspects

The seminar will aim to present the issue of the responsibility of entities for the spending of EU funds. This issue will be presented both from the perspective of managing and controlling institutions as well as institutions implementing projects financed from EU funds. Therefore, if this concept is accepted, we would like to invite representatives of Polish institutions managing, implementing and controlling the disbursement of EU funds in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodeship to participate in the seminar. Adopting such a perspective will allow confronting theoretical and practical aspects of responsibility for the disbursement of EU funds.
